Clients receive a password protected gallery of proofs to choose from. Proof galleries will remain visible for 30 days unless otherwise specified. After that time images are stored on hard drive. Final image galleries will remain for 60 days unless otherwise specified. We encourage you to download your images immediately upon receiving your finals gallery. 

Raw files will not be delivered as downloads.
